Puuhapirtti
Puuhapirtti is a fun and exciting place for children 1 year and up staffed by our Practical Nurse, Caregiver and Daycare trainees. Each 3-hour session consists of various activities, including storytelling, arts and crafts, theatre, exercise, and music. Children are not obliged to stay the full three hours and may bring along a snack. Inside shoes and, if necessary, a diaper are also recommended.
Our weekly activities are as follows:
Monday: Stories
Tuesdays: Arts and Crafts
Wednesday: Plays and Theatre
Thursday: Exercise and games
Friday: Music
Puuhapirtti is committed to continual development in teaching and working with children. Our goal is to improve the participating children’s capacity to work for the good of others. For example, in arts and crafts we work with recycled materials.
We are open:
Mon 9 AM – 5 PM
Tue-Wed 11 AM – 5 PM
Thu – Fri 9 AM – 4 PM
We are located at Nahkurinkatu 5, in the Candolini house
Each session costs 6 euros per 3-hour session, and 10 sessions cost 50 euros
