Do you want a versatile job? Do you want to see the results of your work? As a site facilities operative, you will be able to plan and carry out cleaning of different customer sites from hotels to day-care centres. 

A site facilities operative with a vocational qualification in Cleaning and Property Services implements maintenance and basic cleaning tasks. They are able to implement cleaning services tasks at different customer sites and customer service situations according to the service agreement applying to the customer site.

Duration and implementation

The programme will begin on 12th of August 2024. Programme duration is approximately 2 years or according to personal plan. Studies include contact teaching, distance learning and on-the-job learning.

Admission criteria

The education is targeted at Finns, citizens of the EU and applicants possessing a residence permit in the EU/Schengen countries. If you have a residence permit in the EU, please attach it to the application.
